Why did Greenhill start growing fresh organic vegetables?

It started as a drought management strategy in 2015 but is now a core part of our farm. We love to grow great vegetables using nothing but water, air and biologically vibrant soil. Sue grows most of our seedlings from seed – vegetables for the market garden and trees for our tree planting programs. Organic vegetables also link well with our organic cattle, and their manure is a crucial ingredient of our compost.
