Click on the type of organic beef pack (or packs) you want in the tabs, enter in the quantity of packs you require for that type, complete the rest of the order form, and click submit. Where there is a choice on how the cut is butchered, just click the box next to it before submitting.
We will then call you to confirm the order and answer any questions you may have. Sometimes we won't have a cut exactly how you ordered - if so, we'll discuss with you before confirming your order. The exact weight and therefore total price of each order will vary - when we prepare your pack we will tell you exactly how much it will be.
For Sydney Orders:
We usually come to Sydney on the second Saturday of each month and you can pick up at the Eveleigh Markets or a pre-arranged drop-off point for no extra charge.For Canberra orders:
Pick-up from the Farmers' Market at Exhibition Park every Saturday morning. Or for quarter packs and larger we'll deliver to your door gratis.Place your order
Please note:All our packs come fully butchered and packed into meal sized packets. It is PREFROZEN ready for your freezer. You can choose if you would like roasts or steaks, but all cuts listed are included in the pack.
